So, finally in Malaysia. My first days have been really intense. I had no time to drop any notes. At the beginning 18 hours of flight.
Then, after a few “jet lag” hours spent on visiting Kuala Lumpur,
meetings with local IBM, ABV (Australian Business Volunteers), and team mates.
Then short night, transit to Kuantan – another couple of hours in a coach, the Kuantan river cruise,
a dinner sponsored by the president of Kuantan Municipal Council Dako’s Haji Zulkifli bin Haji Yaccob with a great performance of a local traditional dancer group,
another short night, and another meeting in Kuantan Municipal Council with presentation of our team and introduction to University Malaysia Pahang (UMP),
and another team diner, and another short night, an the first visit at the UMP.
So finally I have some time to update the blog.
Podsumowując, pierwsze dni byly cieżkie. Nawet nie z powodu klimatu. Lato w zimie, powiedziałbym, że jest fajną odmianą. Pierwsze dni to jednak także obowiązki: zapoznanie się z klientem, kolegami i koleżankami z IBM Malezja i ABV, prezenacja naszego zespołu przed władzami miasta Kuantan i przedstawicielami Universiti Malaysia Pahang, oraz oficjalne kolacje. W dodatku wszystko na “jetlagu” bez wolnej chwili na cokolwiek.
